Clubward for shared amenities

Shared amenities. Fewer handoffs. Less work for your team.

Clubward is an amenity management platform for the people behind community pools, clubhouses, courts and shared spaces. Connect who can use a space, when it is available, how it is booked and what your team needs to know when people arrive.

For hoas, membership clubs, community centers and residential amenity teams.

Start with the work that matters

A clearer way through the busy parts.

Bookings live in too many places

An email request, a paper calendar and a staff message can all describe the same clubhouse booking. Clubward connects the reservation with the person and facility, giving your team a shared place to understand the plan.

Access decisions lack the account context

A resident may have a pass but still need an eligibility question resolved. Bring household information, access credentials and guest rules into the arrival workflow so an attendant has a clear starting point.

Changes do not reach the people involved

A facility issue or weather change affects more than the calendar. Keep the space, its availability and relevant communication connected so your team can understand which residents, programs and staff need attention.

Follow the everyday

See how the pieces work together.

  1. 1

Define the spaces and the people who use them

Set up pools, courts, rooms and other bookable areas. Review operating hours, available slots, eligibility and staff responsibilities. Start with the household or member structure you already use, then agree on which records and permissions each role needs.

  2. 2

Connect the reservation to the arrival

Let members follow an eligible booking path through their portal. Keep the reservation linked to the space and account, with check-in and guest context available to the team managing the visit. Review cancellation requirements and account exceptions during setup.

  3. 3

Use the patterns to decide what comes next

Review participation and facility use together. LookForward surfaces changes in attendance, capacity, revenue and staffing patterns, with suggested next steps for your team to consider. You can focus on the spaces that need attention without reconstructing every signal from separate lists.

Choose with confidence

A useful fit starts with your requirements.

Begin with a single amenity and the household journey around it. We will review records, rules, equipment and team responsibilities, then confirm the rollout scope before you change the way residents book or arrive.

Before you decide

Your questions,
with useful context.

What is amenity management software?

Amenity management software connects the shared spaces a community offers with the people using and operating them. Clubward brings facility reservations, member or resident eligibility, check-in, guest passes and communication into the same platform. It is useful when the work crosses a household record, a calendar and an on-site team.

Can one platform cover pools, clubhouses and courts?

Yes. Clubward organizes facilities and bookable areas alongside reservations, programs and member access. Each space can have its own inventory, slots and applicable rules. Bring your facilities and their different operating requirements to the demo so we can review the setup.

Can residents book amenities themselves?

Clubward’s member portal provides a connected path to eligible reservations. Your walkthrough can show a resident choosing a space and time, then the staff view of the same booking. We will review your required booking windows, eligibility and cancellation rules.

Does Clubward replace property or HOA accounting software?

This page focuses on amenity operations. Leasing, rent collection, association general-ledger accounting and architectural approvals are separate requirements. Review Clubward alongside the systems you use for those jobs, including how resident information will be maintained.

Will it work with our access readers and gates?

QR, NFC and barcode credentials are available approaches, but readers and physical gate systems need a compatibility review. Share your device models and the arrival workflow you want to support before committing to equipment or an integration.

What should we bring to an amenity demo?

Bring one busy amenity, its booking and access rules, the roles involved and the repeated question your team handles most. A list of existing systems and equipment is helpful. You do not need to share private resident records for the first conversation.
