Business email

Your organization.
Your email address.

Business email at your organization’s domain, with help setting up accounts, planning a move, and keeping the handover clear when your team changes.

Available as a standalone service.

Two nonprofit colleagues reviewing email and handover notes in their office.
A clearer handover from one team to the next.

Keep the conversation together

An address that stays with your organization.

Staff and board members come and go. Plan your organization’s email around the roles, access, and continuity your team needs.

  • An organizational identity

Give people a clear way to reach your team at your own domain.

  • A considered move

Separate new account setup from migration, and agree on what needs to move before starting.

  • A clearer team transition

Define who administers the accounts and how changes in staff or board roles are handled.

Get your email setup in order

The right addresses. A practical plan.

Start with the people and roles that need email. We confirm the account options, licensing, migration, and support in your proposal.

01

New email setup

Plan email at your domain for the team you have today.

  • Domain and email requirements
  • Mailbox and address planning
  • Supported alias and shared-address options
  • Account access and onboarding scope
02

Email migration

A separately scoped move from your existing email arrangement.

  • Review of the current provider and accounts
  • Mailbox count and content to be moved
  • Agreed migration and transition plan
  • Verification and team handover
03

Administration and continuity

Agree on the help your organization needs after setup.

  • Account ownership and administrator access
  • Staff and board change responsibilities
  • Supported devices and account recovery scope
  • Ongoing support arrangements

How we get started

Start with the people behind the addresses.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your setup

Share your domain, approximate mailbox count, and whether you are starting fresh or moving existing email.

  2. 02

    Agree on the move

Confirm the supported options, licensing, account ownership, migration scope, and charges.

  3. 03

    Bring your team on board

Coordinate setup and the agreed migration, then hand over access and the support process.

A scope you can understand

See setup and ongoing costs clearly.

Your proposal distinguishes initial setup or migration from recurring mailbox, licensing, and administration charges.

Start a conversation
Can we use our existing domain?

Tell us which domain you use and how email is currently configured. We review the setup before recommending the changes needed.

Can you move our existing email?

We can assess the current provider, mailbox count, and content that needs to move. Your proposal confirms the supported migration and any limits before work begins.

Can we have addresses for roles or teams?

We discuss the roles that need addresses and confirm the supported mailbox, alias, or shared-address options in your proposal.

Is this for newsletters and member notifications?

This service is for organizational email accounts. Clubward application notifications and bulk marketing email are separate services and workflows.

What happens when a board member leaves?

Account ownership and transition responsibilities are set out during onboarding. We can scope the administration support needed when your team changes.

Do we need the Clubward platform?

No. Business email can be discussed on its own or as part of a combined services proposal.
