More continuity for your website. More room for your team.

Keep the website you know

A little less on your team’s list.

A website should not become a mystery whenever staff or board members change. Start with a review of your WordPress setup and a plan for looking after it.

  • An understood starting point

Review the current site, its hosting, themes, and plugins before agreeing on the right service scope.

  • Clear ongoing responsibilities

Know which updates, backup arrangements, recovery tasks, and edits are covered by your plan.

  • A familiar place to ask

Keep your agreed support process and website responsibilities clear as your team changes.

Two parts of a supported website

A home for your site. Help with its care.

Hosting and maintenance have different jobs. Your proposal explains the resources, responsibilities, and support included in each.

01

WordPress hosting

The environment your website runs on, scoped for the site you have.

  • Review of your website’s requirements
  • Agreed hosting resources and site limits
  • Domain and launch coordination
  • Migration scope set out before moving
02

Website maintenance

An agreed approach to keeping your website’s working parts cared for.

  • WordPress, theme, and plugin update scope
  • Backup and retention arrangements
  • Monitoring and recovery responsibilities
  • Defined allowance for small website edits
03

Setup and ongoing support

Clear expectations from the first assessment to the next support request.

  • Existing-site assessment
  • Separate scope for inherited problems
  • Agreed request channels and coverage
  • Licensing and handover responsibilities

How we get started

A thoughtful move, with a clear handover.

  1. 01

    Review the current site

Share your website and what has become difficult to manage. We assess fit and identify any work needed first.

  2. 02

    Choose your scope

Agree on hosting, care, migration, edits, support coverage, and any separately quoted work.

  3. 03

    Settle into ongoing care

Coordinate onboarding or migration, check the agreed setup, and establish how your team gets help.

A scope you can understand

Care that fits the website you have.

We quote the initial setup or migration separately from recurring services. Your proposal makes inclusions and limits clear before you move.

A few things you may be wondering

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Tell us what your organization needs. We’ll help you work through the details.

Start a conversation
Can we keep our existing WordPress website?

That is the starting point for this service. We review the site first to confirm fit and identify any issues that need attention before onboarding.

Is a redesign required?

A redesign is a separate project. The initial review helps establish whether the existing website is suitable for the hosting and maintenance scope you need.

Are backups and updates included?

Your proposal specifies the update process, backup frequency and retention, and restoration responsibilities. Those details form part of the agreed plan rather than an unlimited commitment.

Can you make changes to our pages?

We can discuss an allowance for small content edits. New pages, redesigns, or custom functionality are scoped separately so the ongoing plan remains clear.

Can we connect the website to Clubward?

Yes, we can discuss the supported website and WordPress integration options. Hosting and maintenance are separate from a Clubward platform subscription.

How does support work?

The proposal sets out how to send a request, coverage hours, and response expectations, along with the work covered by your plan.
