Give your club a professional place to communicate. Up to five mailboxes with 5 GB per mailbox, included throughout your pilot year. We’ll agree any email migration separately.

Earn three extra months of your agreed Clubward subscription for each qualifying club you refer, up to one additional year.
A referred club must be new to our sales pipeline, name you before signing up and complete 90 consecutive days of active use on an accepted pilot or a paid plan. Paid accounts must be current with no refunded qualifying subscription payments. Credits are verified by our team and applied after your initial pilot year.

It’s a 12-month pilot partnership for selected clubs. Your agreed subscription, custom feature, website design and email hosting are provided at no charge within the written scope. It requires migration, active use and honest feedback throughout the year.
When does our free year begin?
At the production launch date agreed in your pilot agreement, not when you apply. We’ll plan migration and onboarding together first.
Can we choose any custom feature?
Bring your idea. We’ll agree one feasible feature within 20 development hours, with specifications, milestones and acceptance criteria before enrollment. We prioritize improvements that help your club and can benefit the wider community. The feature may become available to other Clubward clubs.
How do you select the three clubs?
We look for a good platform fit, readiness to migrate, an authorized decision-maker and a named contact able to participate in feedback. Applications are reviewed individually; applying does not reserve a place. We may maintain a waitlist after the cohort is selected.
How do referral credits work?
Each new, eligible club that names you before signing up and completes 90 days of qualifying active use earns you three additional subscription months, up to twelve months total. Our team verifies referrals and confirms credits in writing. Extra feature development, website work and email hosting are not included in referral credits.
Do we have to leave a positive review?
No. Testimonials must reflect your real experience, including criticism. Free benefits must be disclosed. We won’t ask for incentivized reviews on third-party sites that prohibit them.
What happens after the year?
We’ll discuss available paid options before the pilot ends. There is no automatic paid renewal. Any continuation, service pricing or referral extension must be agreed in writing.
What if we need to leave early?
The expectation is a full year of active participation. Contact us if circumstances change. The terms explain notice, time to resolve issues and an orderly data export. There is no automatic retroactive bill for your free year.
